In Clark County’s Nov. 5 unofficial report, Battle Ground School District No. 119’s Proposition 11 had 20,606 yes votes (52.53%) and 18,620 no votes (47.47%). The county elections page showed an estimate of 18,000 ballots still to be counted, with results timestamped at 5:45 p.m.
OPB reported Wednesday morning that early returns showed the levy ahead by 927 votes, with support just above 51%. The outlet said approval would benefit Battle Ground Public Schools if the results held, noting the district had made budget cuts totaling millions over the prior two years.
