The City of Portland said Timmy Gogol, 25, died from crash injuries, and the bureau learned of his death on Oct. 9. It counted the case as the city's 41st traffic fatality this year.
The City of Portland said a 2012 Toyota Camry hit a tree at 12:41 a.m. on Oct. 4, on Northeast Airport Way near the 12800 block. Gogol was the sole occupant, police said.
The City of Portland said investigators believe the car was heading east before the driver lost control. Police identified speed and alcohol impairment as contributing factors.
