The Columbian reports that Vancouver firm Erin Bradley McAleer has brought a case against Skamania County Superior Court, alleging people were charged for each hearing they attended remotely by Zoom. The firm filed the suit Oct. 19 in Clark County Superior Court, according to the newspaper.
The Columbian says the firm is asking for a ruling that the charge is invalid and an order barring the court from collecting it going forward.
